Job Description :
Tychoflash Training and Coaching is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator Mining to coordinate mining learning and development programmes, quality assurance requirements and training administration in Rustenburg.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of learning activities in accordance with MQA, Alpha and QCTO requirements
- Deliver learning and development programmes that support organisational needs
- Evaluate, monitor and report on learning and development interventions
- Provide learning and development advice, guidance and support to business stakeholders
- Represent the company at relevant legislative and industry forums
- Design and develop quality training material
- Ensure learner training documentation is submitted to the Training Administrator
- Ensure training records, filing and reporting remain up to date
Minimum Qualifications:
- Coach the Learner / Train the Trainer / Facilitate Learning, NQF Level 3
- Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment certification and registration with the MQA/QCTO
- Conduct Outcomes-Based Moderation certification and registration with the MQA/QCTO
- Blasting Certificate essential
- Shift Supervisor Certificate essential
- Mine Overseer Certificate, Diploma or Degree in HRD
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 in Training Practices
- At least 10 years’ working experience in a conventional mining environment performing core mining activities, such as Mining Team Leader, Miner or Shift Supervisor
