Job Description :
Tychoflash (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for a mining operation in Rustenburg. Candidates must have at least six years’ mining experience and the required supervisory, blasting and medical certifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Valid Blasting Certificate
- Valid Medical Certificate of Fitness
- Valid First Aid Certificate
Licence to supervise or similar supervisory certificate covering planning, leading, organising and control - Good verbal and written
- English communication skills
Work Experience
- At least 6 years’ working experience in a mining environment
- Trained and found competent in an underground trackless mine development environment
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work within agreed parameters
